ESIC Model Hospital, Ranchi is situated at Namkum, Ranchi. The hospital which was earlier run by Govt. of Jharkhand was taken by ESI Corporation in the year 2002 and was given status of Model Hospital of the state of Jharkhand with an aim to provide all around facilities to the beneficiaries of ESIC under a single roof.
The presently run ESIC Model Hospital Ranchi is a 50 bedded ISO 90012015 Certified hospital situated in Namkum, Ranchi, Jharkhand.  In this hospital, outpatient services in various specialties such as Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dental, Skin, general medicine  general surgery are being provided.  Laboratory services, Radiology services such as X-Rays, USG and ECG services are available. Besides this, this hospital also provides AYUSH facilities with Yoga facilities and Physiotherapy services.  Excellent in-patient services are provided by competent Medical, Nursing and Paramedical personnel with full commitment and care. In-patient services include HDU, wards,  OTs  services like CSSD, Dietary, Ambulance and Laundry services etc.  24 hours Emergency services are available with Round the clock Medical Officers.  The provision for Super Specialty Services not available in-house for beneficiaries are mainly through tie-up arrangements with reputed hospitals as per the policy of the ESIC. Outreach activities including Health Check-up Camps are regularly conducted for Insured Persons at their work place in addition to Annual preventive health checkup of Insured Persons above 40 years.  We strive to provide IP-friendly, hassle-free, quality health care services to the Insured persons and their beneficiaries to meet their health needs with utmost satisfaction.
It is further to put forth that a new construction of 200 bedded ESIC Model Hospital equipped with Modern and Advance medical facilities is on the verge of completion in the present premises of ESIC Model Hospital and taking over of the same is expected very soon, after the nod from the Hqrs. Office, New Delhi.
